Return and Refund Policy for FlexCollars LTD
We aim to ensure your satisfaction with our e-collar straps. This policy complies with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and Consumer Rights Act 2015.
1. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
You have 14 days from delivery to return unused collars for a full refund.
Personalised items (e.g., logo-stitched collars) are non-returnable unless faulty.
2. Faulty Goods
If a collar is defective, contact us within 30 days for a refund or replacement.
We will assess the fault and respond within 14 days.
3. Return Process
Email mail@flexcollars.com with your order number and reason.
Return the item to PO Box 412 Guildford, GU3 1YJ, via Royal Mail (£1.75 buyer cost Large Letter).
Refunds processed within 14 days of receipt.
4. Exceptions
Hygiene items (e.g., worn collars) cannot be returned unless faulty.
Refunds exclude shipping costs unless the item was faulty.
