Return and Refund Policy for FlexCollars LTD

We aim to ensure your satisfaction with our e-collar straps. This policy complies with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and Consumer Rights Act 2015.

1. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

  • You have 14 days from delivery to return unused collars for a full refund.

  • Personalised items (e.g., logo-stitched collars) are non-returnable unless faulty.

2. Faulty Goods

  • If a collar is defective, contact us within 30 days for a refund or replacement.

  • We will assess the fault and respond within 14 days.

3. Return Process

  • Email mail@flexcollars.com with your order number and reason.

  • Return the item to PO Box 412 Guildford, GU3 1YJ, via Royal Mail (£1.75 buyer cost Large Letter).

  • Refunds processed within 14 days of receipt.

4. Exceptions

  • Hygiene items (e.g., worn collars) cannot be returned unless faulty.

  • Refunds exclude shipping costs unless the item was faulty.
