We ship worldwide to ensure dog trainers, hunters, and working dog owners everywhere can get our high-quality tactical bungee e-collar straps quickly and reliably.

  • All orders receive a tracking number automatically via email upon dispatch. You can track your package directly through Royal Mail's website or app for real-time updates.

  • In-stock items only: We keep our collars in stock and aim to dispatch the same working day if your order is placed before our cut-off time (typically 2 PM GMT on weekdays). At the latest, we dispatch the next working day.

  • Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.

  • United Kingdom

    • Free delivery on all orders.

    • Service: Royal Mail Tracked 48

    • Delivery aim: 2–3 working days (tracked to delivery point, with SMS/email notifications where available).

  • United States (PDD Paid)

    • Service: Royal Mail International Tracked with PDD Paid (Postal Delivery Duties Paid).

    • Duties and taxes are prepaid at checkout (no surprise charges for the recipient on arrival).

    • Delivery aim: 5–7 working days (fully tracked to the delivery point with online delivery confirmation).

    • Shipping cost: Flat fee

  • European Union - EU (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain)

    • Service: Royal Mail International Tracked with Taxes Paid (Delivered Duties Paid equivalent via PDD).

    • Import VAT, customs duties, and any applicable fees are prepaid at checkout (recipient receives the package with no additional charges).

    • Delivery aim: 3–5 working days (faster to select countries like Ireland, France, Germany: 3–4 days).

    • Fully tracked to the delivery point with online delivery confirmation.

    • Shipping cost: Flat Fee

  • Norway (PDD Paid)

    • Service: Royal Mail International Tracked with Taxes Paid (Delivered Duties Paid equivalent via PDD).

    • Import VAT, customs duties, and any applicable fees are prepaid at checkout (recipient receives the package with no additional charges).

    • Delivery aim: 3–5 working days (faster to select countries like Ireland, France, Germany: 3–4 days).

    • Fully tracked to the delivery point with online delivery confirmation.

    • Shipping cost: Flat Fee

  • Rest of the World (including Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Canada, etc.)

    • Service: Royal Mail International Tracked.

    • Delivery aim: 5–7 working days (fully tracked to the delivery point with online delivery confirmation).

    • Import VAT, customs duties, and any applicable fees are NOT prepaid at checkout. The customer might be charged extra fees when the package arrives in their country.

    • Shipping cost: Flat Fee
